Todd Foucher and Chad Kloft have been fishing together for 12 years.  Tampa Bay Fishing Channel was started as a way for Todd to hone his editing skills.  Todd used to have a fishing TV show by the name of Sling N' Bait TV and at the same time he was a full time guide in Tampa Bay.  We want to bring education and good quality products to the table to help anglers that fish Tampa Bay have the opportunity to catch more fish.
